Libiza is an online platform aiming to respond to businesses's needs. It is the unique place to get access to all kind of information related to business in Congo.

This platform was created under the Commercial and Entrepreneurial Capacity Building Program II (PRCCE II), following a lack of synergy between the administrations and agencies producing the information, making it unavailable. Liziba is equipped with a physical reception center whose home is the Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Agriculture and Trade of Pointe-Noire.

The latter is intended to provide consulting and support services.
