Located in central Africa, the Republic of Congo has a 170 km long coastline. It is bordered to the north by the Republic of Cameroon and the Central African Republic, to the east by the Democratic Republic of Congo, to the southeast by the Republic of Angola (Cabinda), to the southwest by the Atlantic Ocean, and to the west by the Gabonese Republic.<\/p>
